A journalist, social commentator, and Socratic Method mentor, Sanjay spent the initial years of his career in the hospitality and travel industry managing operations, and designing training interventions for front-line sales and service personnel. He has also served as a journalist for six years.

Sanjay has spent the last 15 years as a Business and Learning Consultant, designing solutions for clients in healthcare, banking, insurance, aviation, and automobile industries among others. Julie Read, Peak Pacific’s Senior Learning Consultant has over 30 years’ experience in the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of technology enhanced learning solutions, 17 years of which are Defence related. During her career, she has worked on the client and supplier side, in Defence, technical, financial, government, and professional services training. Her experience ranges from learning consultancy for Defence and wider industry across all sectors, through to content design, project management and production
