Graham Barkus graduated with first class honours in linguistics from Victoria University of Wellington, NZ, and holds postgraduate degrees in clinical organisational psychology (INSEAD), strategy and innovation (Oxford) and law (dispute resolution) from the University of Hong Kong.

Graham’s specialties include: innovation, strategic change, adaptive challenges, design thinking, organisation alignment and engagement, individual and group executive coaching, dispute/conflict resolution, and facilitating difficult conversations.
