Dod has more than fifteen years of broad enterprise experience in Learning Technologies, and Enterprise Programme Management, working with blue-chip companies in Europe, North America and the Far East. With great success in delivering consulting and business solutions to critical needs, Dod has managed and delivered enterprise approaches in learning management, assessment centres, language development and management development. He has a great ability to work across all levels and between technologists and business leaders to ensure that business opportunities and benefits are fully realized.
Dod holds a Master’s Degree in Knowledge Management from the Hong Kong PolyU and is the Vice-President of the Hong Kong Knowledge Management Society.
